One thing I really like about SRG AP is that they recognize you for your efforts. Their recognition programs give our office the drive and determination to reach and surpass our goals.
I started out as a call center agent 10 years back handling account inquiries, customer complaints or support issues for various accounts. Inherited a team of 15 agents within a year and was promoted as Senior Executive within 3 years. Recognizing my potential and strengths, my Senior Manager started grooming me for a managerial role. Thanks to SRG APs comprehensive training, promotion and career development opportunities, I was later promoted as Call Centre Manager.

I joined SRG AP in 2001 through a recruitment agency as a part time call centre agent, handling 6 different customer service campaigns. Today, I am a Operations Manager with an entire subdivision under my purview. The last 11 years was a rollercoaster ride of learning, teaching and ironically, serving. No matter what comes my way, this place has grown me, in every way. It's the stuff that an 11 year job stint in the same company is made of.
