Telemarketers (IMMEDIATE VACANCIES)

Responsibilities:

•	To make outgoing calls pertaining to Telco sales products & up-selling across the entire product portfolio.

•	To manage, collate and update customer database accurately and on a timely basis.

•	To participate in any sales activities as and when required by the management.

•	Sales-oriented, dynamic & persuasive.

•	Work towards achieving sales target and KPI.

Requirements:


•	SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree in any related field.

•	Sales experience in any related field will have an added advantage.

•	Able to speak good English and Bahasa Malaysia.

•	Mandarin / Cantonese speaker will have an added advantage.

•	Must be willing to work in Setapak, Jalan Genting Klang / Sunway.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday - 10am to 6pm
Saturday - 10am to 2 pm

Customer Service Professional (IMMEDIATE VACANCIES)

Responsibilities:

•	To take incoming telephone enquiries & complaints from customer pertaining to telco product & services.

•	Attend to customer queries tactfully and professionally.

•	Provide an accurate, efficient and quality service that exceeds the customer's expectations.

•	Maintain customer confidentiality.

•	Attend to incoming calls promptly, courteously, in a competent and professional manner.

Responsibilities:


•	SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in any related field.

•	No Experience required, Fresh Graduates & SPM school-leaver are encouraged to apply.

•	Able to speak good English and Bahasa Malaysia.

•	Mandarin / Cantonese speaker will have an added advantage.

•	Possess good interpersonal, communication skills, PC literacy & have positive attitude.

•	Must be willing to work in shifts.

•	Must be willing to work in KL Sentral

Shift Available:

Daily shift (Monday – Sunday) - 8am to 7pm (8 hours work, rotating)
Evening shift (Monday – Sunday) - 4pm to 2am (5 hours work, rotating)
