ANOOP VETTATH

A Mechanical Engineer by academics, Anoob started his career with engineering/manufacturing industries in India. He moved to American Online India Operations which was the leading Internet Service Provider in the United States. In the BPO/Outsourcing space he started as a Technical Support Executive and climbed up the ladders managing multiple business functions in Kuala Lumpur, India, Indonesia, Philippines and Middle East. He brings with a broad spectrum of experience in BPO, KPO, ITES and Telecommunication industry with core strength in Operations, Project Management, Business Development, Learning & Development & Total Quality Management. More recently, Anoob was the HUB Director for SELLBYTEL Group in Malaysia. Prior to his engagement with SELLBYTEL, he was with SCICOM BHD at leadership role managing multiple business. During his tenure with the aforementioned organizations, he implemented and managed Sales and Service desks for various Blue chip clients. He has in-depth exposure to ISO and Service Capability and Performance Standards (SCP). As an Internal auditor, he was instrumental in enabling ISO and SCP Certification in his previous organizations.

He is actively engaged in research and implementation of future technology and transformation towards the fourth industrial revolutionization 4.0 (IR 4.0). He specializes in Artificial intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine learning, Augmented and Virtual Reality. His vision is to enable digitization across the organization, thus creating value to his Clients and Employees.
