SRG AP has been a corporate member and one of the most active organisations within CCAM since its formation in 2000. CCAM is the only non-profit association dedicated to advancing the contact centre industry in Malaysia.
The CCAM Mission
To develop awareness and professionalism in the contact centre industry in Malaysia through Networking, Education and Research. CCAM is an educational platform, a think tank and a progressive establishment, which aims to constantly improve the contact centre industry to international standards of quality and excellence.
