LET’S ZUMBA!!!

Stop The Stigma! Supporting�#MentalWellness�is never more meaningful when a group of community came winadrol prohormone together to create awareness on the importance of physical & mental well being. An event organised by�#SRGAsiaPacific
In conjuction with�#mentalhealthweek2019, later joined forces with�#PlazaSentral�and multiple tenants around the block, lead by a Zumbastic instructor @LorLyn Belmis, all for a better cause. The event started with SRG’s very own house emcee�Endiran Kalanithy II
sharing statistics of mental health reported in Malaysia and ways to care for emotional, mental and physical self, through healthier Body, Mind and Soul approach. A one hour session of fun, dance and sweat with close to 100 participants from building wide. It couldn’t be better!!
As the saying goes “A healthy outside, starts from the inside”, the event concluded with chilled-mix-fruits distribution.
